Office staff and scheduling is the worst I have ever delt with. Dealing with my baby you think they would be more helpful and realize there are timelines for specialty surgery and not give two already concerned and worried parents the run around. It’s been over a month when I was told it would be a week to schedule surgery.

I couldn't be more pleased with Dr. Wong and his staff. I had the absolute best experience. Hime and his staff were so professional, kind and caring. I had an excellent result and couldn't be happier. I would have no hesitation recommending Dr. Wong. He and his staff are the best!

Terrible customer service in his clinic. The front desk employee named Katy or Kattie didn't let me to talk to Dr Wong and she was so rude and hung up the phone on me when I said I had the right to talk to Dr. Wong!! What a Terrible customer service!!
