I saw Dr. Lapp after breaking my nose. He told me it was going to cave in if I didn't have surgery within the next couple days. He didn't explain the surgery and was rude so I cancelled it and wanted to seek a 2nd opinion before making such a big decision. He called and yelled at me for cancelling it which just confirmed I made the right choice. I had surgery 6 months later with a different dr and have been very happy with my decision. I would honestly not recommend him.

Dr. Lapp seemed to be a good doctor. Spent appropriate time with me and answered my questions following his recommendation. Only one problem, he lied on his dictation and i ended up with a $500 bill because of it. I appealed it but the main piece of evidence looked at is the dictation. Just be careful, he like to do unnecessary procedures to get an extra charge.
