FDr. Caparosa was my dads neurologist for many years. Two days before his last appointment in June ,I received a call from his office canceling my dads appointment because they no longer accepted his insurance. My dad is 86 and on medication for dementia. When I voiced my concerns, I was told they never accepted his insurance yet he had been going there for years. I wrote the CEO of Westchester health back in June and as of August 27 have received no reply or explanation. Obviously, Westchester
