Dr. Gregg Ferrero, MD

The waiting time was less than 10-minutes. Dr. Ferrero is very professional, takes time to answer any questions you may have, discusses plans to help minimize your pain to prevent Surgery as a last resort. He recommended Jell shots which is a series of 3-injections, one week apart. He explained what to expect with each injection. Dr. Ferrero is friendly, treats you like family, takes time and you don’t feel rushed. I’ve been seeing him for sometime and he’s always happy, always has a smile on his face, makes your visit feel like a comfortable event not a visit you regret going to. The Staff is very friendly, always so welcoming, they’re very knowledgeable as Dr. Ferrero, they work so well together and make you comfortable. The Office is always clean, there’s plenty of seats in the waiting area. I highly recommend Dr. Ferrero and his Staff, for any Orthopedic need you haveThe parking lot and sidewalks were treated, making sure you had a safe trip, all snow removed.

Dr. Ferrero was the best! He went above and beyond for my son to ensure he was okay and cleared to play in an extremely important game. He was very thorough and made sure he covered all potential issues and concerns. Additionally, he made it a point to call on his day off to review the results of my sons MRI so we did not have to wait. He followed up to make sure everything was well. I was impressed by his service and highly recommend him. Words can’t express my gratitude enough for Dr. Ferrero! I would give him 100 gold stars if I could. Thank you, Dr. Ferrero!

Dr. Ferraro was very thorough with my visit. He was professional but also very personable and made my feel comfortable. He asked questions to help inform his diagnosis. Dr. Ferrero did both of my knee replacements, 2 rotator cuff tears, reattached 2 torn muscles on my left arm. He always informed me of what to expect. He treated me with respect and dignity. A great doctor all around.

I highly recommend the doctors at this office but the new management/office staff sucks.... I arrived for my appointment on October 24th 2019 only to find that they hadn’t put my appointment on their books... The doctor was even out of the country... I have the card -THEY- filled out for this appointment...Not only was this a rebooking... But was a much needed visit per workman’s comp requirements.... and also had this appointment scheduled on my birthday....No one enjoys visiting a doctor on their birthday... Since the change over from the former name- and obviously a new management the office staff has appeared confused trying to catch up on new forms for the new management... Now appointments are not being handled properly... No one likes to waste their time.. The doctors are fantastic but the staff needs to get their stuff together....

I saw Dr. Ferrero for the 1st time today. I required and received two steroid and lidocaine injections, one in the wrist and one in the thumb. After I received the wrist injection, I said I was nauseated and put my head between my knees and Kareema gave me a trashcan. Apparently I passed out. Kareema, the x-ray tech and doctor put me on exam table, gave me lollipop, took BP and insured I was okay. I received 2nd one in thumb. No problem. I felt well cared for. Very compassionate.

Dr. Ferrero is the best orthopedist in the area. His office is clean and has state-of-the-art equipment. I have been his patient for over 10 years and recommend him to anyone that needs a good, trustworthy orthopedist who is willing to try many options before surgery. He is a great surgeon who looks after his patients when in the hospital. He takes time to explain things so that I can understand what's going on and what needs to be done. You will not find a better doctor that Dr. Ferrero.
