He was very easy to talk to & put me at ease right away. He explained things well & was very professional. I waited a long time in the waiting room that was my only complaint.

A person in waiting room asked me who and when was my appointment and they stated that they were scheduled same time, same doctor as me! They waited about an hour, I waited longer. Is this the norm? No one mentioned the long wait or apologized for the wait until I brought it up to the staff member taking me to exam room. Appointments are high cost with minimal time spent with Dr. I am scheduled for surgery and I am concerned that the same confusion and miss management may affect my surgery. Did not explain surgery well. I had to process conversation as a mention of deviated septum shocked me. I had that operation previously so at the time I was baffled, I had no questions and little information. I asked for costs and then saw what the diagnosis was. Which created more questions. I decided to wait for pre operation in person visit to ask our questions. The Dr is obviously highly skilled what he does,

The 1 hour wait time

It was ok

It took over an hour before I was called for my appointment. I understand that they got a new computer system but I think it is completely ridiculous for the doctor to be over an hour behind schedule, especially since it was only a 5 minute visit once I got called back.

Dr. Goldstein was pleasant, professional knowledgeable, and I did not feel rushed, I would Definitely recommend him
