Dr. Zimmer has helped my son so much. Ever since his sinus surgery, his health has improved so much. My son said he could finally smell the world for the first time which made me want to cry with joy! Dr. Zimmer patiently walked us through the process and is one of the must caring doctors we have ever met. I see Dr. Zimmer as well for some throat issues. Young or older, he gives all patients great care and respect.

Dr Zimmer did surgery on my 4 year old last week. He was upfront about the entire procedure and made me feel at ease with the way he handled everything with my son. The surgery itself took 15 minutes and Dr. Zimmer met with me after to let me know how everything went. My son was exhausted for one day and then back to his normal self. I would highly recommend Dr. Zimmer.

I know he has a bad bedside manner. He barely looks at you or examines you. He told me my sinus scan was not read correctly and I definitely have chronic sinus when he saw the disc I brought in. He also numbed inside both sides of my nose. He looked inside and said I have a serious deviated septum. He sends me for a CT scan w/o contrast for sinus. When I go into his office the following day he says there is nothing wrong all is clear! Huh???? What about what you told me on my first visit??? I am now still suffering with pain and dizziness and hundreds of dollars later.

I had a septoplasty a few months ago and the outcome far exceeded my expectations! I was previously having chronic sinus congestion and headaches and anticipated that surgery would allay some of the symptoms, but didn't realize to the extent. After recovering I realized I am breathing so much better and my quality of life is vastly improved by not having constant episodes of sinusitis. I wish I had done the surgery sooner!

Dr Zimmer did a septoplasty and UPPP on me in two separate surgeries. Air flow through my nose was dramatically improved by the septoplasty. UPPP is for sleep apnea. It reduces the uvula, removes tonsils, and modifies the upper palate. Before the surgery, I had a significant number of obstructive sleep apnea events (50) each hour. Sleep was not possible without a CPAP machine. After the UPPP procedure I am sleeping whenever or wherever I want without the CPAP machine. My life has been greatly improved by Dr Zimmer's surgical skills.

I had sinus surgery a couple years ago. Completely satisfied with outcome. Very impressed with his explanation before, after with family and upon release regarding what to expect. My daughter, a nurse, is very impressed with his verbal explanations and has stated if she were to need an ENT she would make an appointment with him.

I scheduled an appointment last month and everything was great. About a half hour later, I received a call from the office to tell me that Dr. Zimmerman did not take my insurance. I then called my insurance company. They said he was on the list of providers and he takes Independant Health. I called the office back and told them what I was told, they said to me that they don’t take patients that buy insurance in the marketplace. REALLY! My insurance is as good as anyone else’s is. SHAME ON YOU.
