×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Brown?
Dr. Brown is awesome and his staff are very nice. The problem I have with his staff is that they NEVER EVER RETURN PHONE CALLS! Shame on you, we patients have important questions regarding our health and care and you simply brush those calls aside. If you're too busy to return phone calls, perhaps you should consider hiring someone specifically for the task!
