Dr. Gregory Dorilus, MD

Dr. Dorilus was very kind and compassionate towards my mother who was very ill and eventually needed surgery. Very smart and a great sense of humor to cheer anyone up. He answered all of our questions and he ACTUALLY cares about his patients. He escorted my mom to the ICU which he didn’t need too so she wasn’t alone. He went above and beyond more than any doctor would or has. Thank you for all that you do.

My brother(has bipolar disorder) was jumped by 5 men on yesterday. He was brought to Beth Israel Hospital for medical clearance before psychiatric evaluation. He had swollen jaws, black and blue ears, bruised left thigh and knee, swollen thumb and complaint of head hurting. Mr. Dorilus cleared my brother without any xrays or further treatment. When I spoke to Mr. Dorilus over the phone to ask why didn’t he sent my brother for at least xrays, his response was he did t see anything wrong and so what he had swollen jaws. The more I advocated for by mentally challenged brother to get medical attention the more condescending, arrogant and cocky Mr. Dorilus spoke to me. He was unwavering and sarcastic. Their was absolutely no compassion willingness to get my brother the medical attention he needed. Instead my brother was discharged to roam the streets.
