Dr. Gregory Epps, MD

Dr Epps absolutely loves up to the over 3100 positive reviews, and an overall score of 4.8 out of 5! He is an excellent provider who takes a non-alarming approach as he interacts with the patient, while carefully explains all aspects of the patients situation. He comes up with a simple plan of action, and his staff are right there to support the patient so they can easily set the plan in motion. I feel much better since visiting, and am a lot calmer now. I am glad my condition should soon be resolved I highly recommend Dr Epps if you are looking for any primary or secondary opinions on any condition related to the ear, nose, or throat. You will receive the best care available and feel a lot better.

Saw him twice for ear issues, he left the room to answer a call the first visit and had me wait the second. His exams are very brief and cursory at best, won't consider alternative diagnoses, and offers no additional testing. When I asked for a test he agreed but would not see me to discuss the results! Quick to offer hearing tests though to which there was no hearing loss. My condition does not in of itself affect hearing. Does not like it when you bring your own information or ask questions. I suffered for weeks with no relief just to be told "See you in six months"- which I interpret as "Get another ENT".

Dr Epps is so calm and courteous. He explains every step of the visit and is thoughtful answering questions

I was at my doctors office twice on two rounds of prednisone with no relief. I saw Dr Epps and he removed the clog from my ear and gave me a rx that worked, my ear was back to 100% in 3 days!!! I can’t tell you the relief I feel! I strongly recommend Dr. Epps and his entire staff was compassionate and have a great bedside manner. Thank you Dr. Epps and Team!!!
