The worst kind of doctor there is, he is so full of himself that he can't help but tell you . His sexist jokes that he subjects his female staff to are extremely inappropriate, as is his touching of his assistances . He employs those fresh out of school and subjects his patients to their inexperienced hands. It did not matter if you had an appointment or not you end up waiting way too long as he sends his time talking to pharmasudical reps.telling jokes and disregard for patients waiting in pain. closing his office under strange circumstances and leaving patients stranded for help is as disloyal as it gets. incomplete and inadequate record keeping plus one of the rudest receptionist there is on the planet. his participating in other clinics assures his future to be secure not so much for his patients .

When my husband went in for his appointment for a specialist referral, the staff informed him (after a 2 hr wait) that Dr. Funk refused to see him because we mentioned that we would be paying the specialist via a specialized Medicaid program that is designed for a 1-time only procedure. "We don't see Medicaid patients." Excuse me, we don't HAVE Medicaid and we've paid cash every visit for 7 years. Waiting for a refund on the required $100 visit prepayment. NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER AGAIN!

Dr Funk takes the time needed to explain anything you want to know. He runs late because he stays and explains things until you are comfortable and understand what you need to know. Than and only than will he go to the next patient.

Without doubt the most arrogant, self centered, and pretentious person I’ve ever had the displeasure meeting. After waiting an hour to see the doctor, I was finally called back yet he never asked what my issue was. Instead he went on a diatribe about all these great things he thinks he’s done and how I can try to emulate him. This went on for 45 minutes which I politely endured. When it finally came down to getting the medical attention I needed, He refused to help & told me to come next week

Dr. Funk has been my doctor for 31 years now. I literally trust him with my life. Yes, sometimes waiting to get in and see him is longer than usual but for my money he's worth every penny of my time. The nurses are all great, too.

What a horrible experience!! With an appointment time of 9:40 and I arrived 20 minutes early to get all new patient paperwork filled out I did not think it would be a long wait. After waiting for almost 3 hours and Dr Funk deciding to take lunch before seeing me I got up and left!! This experience was beyond unacceptable. I completely understand being flexible with other patients but his response to my irritation was very unprofessional!!

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Funk for several years and we love him and his staff! Dr. Funk is incredibly smart and insightive he knew immediately when I told him I was passing out that it was my heart and I credit him with saving my life at 37 yrs old. He takes every issue seriously and listens to everything you have to say and he makes you laugh with his awesome sense of humor. His staff is awesome! The wait is sometimes long but thats because he is the best at what he does!

The wait time in the office is a very long time but once you are back with the Dr. he does focus on you and walks through different treatment options.
