Seems to make pain relief decisions without talking to specialists, random decisions it seemed before my endoscopy, he prescribed major pain relief every four hours and later changed to very minor pain relief every 6 hours 6 hours before my procedure to find out why I was in so much pain. Then refused to up my relief even a little after procdure clearly showed why I was in agony. Didn't consult Dr that did it before or after, as far as I know and later felt. Seems he made decision that made me suffer after gaining so much, setting me back, as my stomach and esophagus started spasming from acute pain which got worse because he refused to prescribe any real relief after my procedure. If you want to stay in agony, he's your man.
