Dr. Hightower has been my PCP for three years, and I've never had a doctor as amazing as him. He's also my 6 month old son's PCP. His bedside manner is impeccable and he makes sure he doesn't talk at you. His staff and him always answer all my questions, especially when it comes to questions about my son since I'm a first time mom and they always reassure me.

Dr Hightower is a caring gentle and insightful physician. I appreciate his candor and his knowledge. He is helping me deal with multiple health issues hitting me all at the same time. His empathy is so wonderful and unusual for a Dr. as busy as he is. Thank you for that sir.

Has been my PCP for approximately 3 years. Have seen him 2 times. Impossible to get appointment. Staff presents as unconcerned and dismissive.
