Terrible Doctor
His "bedside manner" is awful, and it seems like he's annoyed to be communicating with you as a patient. Then 1 single time, I had an emergency with obtaining my seizure medication and I had to call his personal cellphone. He could not have cared less or been less worried....as my father put it "I never though a doc could be that way, had to hear it to believe it." A separate time after a seizure he stated if I had another one, we would do a week in a sleep deprived epilepsy unit....welp I had another one and all he did was bump up my meds 50mg and send me in my way. DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR FOR SEIZURES PLEASE! I switched to a different doctor and he immediately scheduled me for the week in the Epilepsy Monitoring Unit(EMU). His bedside manner is also 100x times. Save yourself the time abs don't use Dr.Krauss.
