Wish I could leave zero stars, because that is how much he helped me - zero. He is arrogant and does NOT want to hear what a patient says. I guess he makes a lot of money on one time patients.

Doctor Lipscomb is great but I’d like to thank the Nurse Practitioner (who I cannot remember her name) who had to give me some bad news that I took it very well but I could tell the NP was very sad for me. What compassion; what caring! I will never forget her and look forward to seeing her and the Staff again. They were all so very lovely. (I also want to give my daughter permission to have access to my files along with my husband).

Dr. Lipscomb is very thorough. He listens to me. He asks questions about my headaches & my overall health. My only issue has been with the staff, who for some reason cannot figure out how to submit a request for a PA to 2 insurance companies, even after I verified that it’s possible to be done.

After seeing him for nearly 2 years he is still unable to get my migraines under control. Instead of trying different preventative medications he continues to want to up the dosage of something that is clearly not working. Not to mention you wait in the waiting room for hours and he spends a total of 5 min. With you. He has horrible bedside manner
