Does NOT respect patient's time
I was kept waiting over an hour and still did not see this DR. He has no respect for his patient's time and schedule.. He kept me waiting over an hour and I still did not see him so I left...Why if they knew he was running behind did the office not call and let me know.. I have things to do with my days and this was simply rude and unprofessional.

Appointment
Great Visit. Friendly, and personal. Could not ask for a better visit. Dr. Osetinsky is direct, and knowledgable. The staff was friendly, and willing to assist with my needs. I would give this office a 10 star if it was an option.

When I was diagnosed with Parotid/Lymph gland cancer in February 2020, Dr. Osetinsky was the surgeon recommended by others, as well as by the surgeon who had discovered the stage IV cancer. Even though he was not in my insurance network, I visited him anyway because of the recommendations. During and after the visit I and my wife felt assured that we were in good hands with Dr. Osetinsky and we gave him the go ahead for the surgery. Our opinion of him and his staff is positive and is the same after nearly a year since my surgery and follow up visits. Even the virtual visit was a pleasure. Thank you, Dr. O!

He was quite cheerful while still being professional. While I waited for a hearing screening, I observed him greeting two young patients, and he was able to put them at ease with his playfulness. I had to wait a long time before I was called back and then for the audiologist, but after that, things moved quickly. I wish the staff would keep you informed of wait times—I would have been in trouble had I not taken the whole day off (as opposed to a half day)—a little communication goes a long way

After making me wait for an hour and a half, I thought he would say "Hi. I'm sorry to make you wait so long." Unfortunately, my wait was not mentioned at all. Then, when I went to get blood drawn, the lab person was not going to use gloves. That's a big problem for me. And when I said that she would have to wear them during the procedure, there was a clear and less friendly mood in the room. I don't know about his medical skills yet, but the office procedures need help, in my opinion.

I really like Dr. O as a provider but the wait time is really ridiculous. Two hours to wait and to see him for 5 minutes. I would really think about going somewhere else. My mother-in-law waited the same amount of time. Scheduling patients too close together is not fair to the patients. I have to use PTO time so 2 hours of PTO time for 5 minutes is just not right.

We love Dr. Osetinsky! My son has Autism and Dr. O worked wonders with him. The surgery went well and his bedside manner is wonderful. He did so well with my son that I decided to let him remove my tonsils as well. I highly recommend him to anyone with children.

Dr. O fan!!! in Richmond, KY – Sep 27, 2016

Dr. O as he refers to himself either does not listen to you or ignores the symptoms you tell him. He horribly misdiagnosed my condition. If you google the three symptoms I have been having for several years what I have finally been diagnosed with came up first on any number of health related websites. I am now facing a serious surgery that had the condition been diagnosed at any number of previous visits could have been avoided. He has become complacent and its about the money.
