My experience with Dr. Panzo's office visit
My experience with Dr. Panzo's office was excellent. Dr. Panzo's medical team, in addition to Dr. Panzo, consisted of Christina, Teagen and Phil. Each person was kind, respectful, efficient, and personable. I would definitely refer Dr. Panzo's office to anyone.

Never use him
Does not take time to answer questions. Canceled my appointments twice and when I finally got to see him 3 months later he kept me waiting for 45 minutes. So I switched Doctors!

Waited 40 minutes just to be told I needed to re-fill out the new patient paperwork that the staff lost from the first time I completed the forms. This after I already provided my Insurance Card and Drivers License. One would think at that time they could have told me they lost my paperwork. The staff can care less about people and all about signatures, forms and processes. If you want to be treated like a number and not a person then this is the place for you.

Dr. Panzo looked at my right eye and told me that because of an injury that I received 50 plus years ago as a child that he believed he could still restore most of my vision. He would remove a cataract and attach the new one to the eyeball as the area holding in the lens had been badly damaged by the accident. The Dr. consulted with another doctor, Dr. Mavrofrides and the two of them made it happen. It's been almost a year and a half and I can see things without glasses that I haven't seen in 15 years. Thanks doctor Panzo your are one of the best!

I recently had cataract surgery on both eyes. Dr. Panzo was clear and concise as to what would happen and the likelihood of the success that I have had with the surgery. I always felt comfortable and cared for by him and his staff. I feel that he did the best possible for my astigmatism and near-sightedness. My eyesight now is better than I have ever had! Both during and after the procedures, Dr. Panzo kept me informed of my progress and cared for my needs. I am very happy with the outcome.

Dr Panzo is one of the kindest surgeons I have ever known. He truly cares about the best for his patients. He may run late from time to time but he will equally spend the time needed to deal with what is wrong. He is well worth the wait.

I took my 98-yr-old Mom to see Dr Greg Panzo after visiting 4 other eye doctors, getting no relief from Mom's itchy, irritated eyes. He immediately found they were inflamed & prescribed the appropriate treatment where she felt better THE NEXT DAY, after months of bother. He & everyone in the office were so welcoming, professional and kind; the visit was a delight, not a typical office appt. We drove from Orlando to Mt Dora to see him & have become a regular patient. I recommend him 200%!

Recently, I had cataract removal with intraocular lens implantation by Dr. Greg Panzo. I am extremely pleased with the results. I no longer wear glasses, and colors were never clearer. The entire experience was wonderful. Dr. Panzo explained the entire procedure beforehand, fully answering all questions. The surgery center was new, spotless, and very pleasant. The surgical staff were both courteous and comforting, arresting any nervousness on my part. The procedure itself was painless.
