I had a breast life in August 2024 and words can explain how much I LOVE his work, the lift has definitely gave me more confidence and i have minimal scars. Dr. Ratliff and his team answered all my questions and is truly the best team I've experienced! They never 'beat around the bush' and was always up front about cost, what to expect, etc.

So many things stood out with my visit and experience with Dr. Ratliff and his office. I had a tummy tuck and breast implants. This is something I wanted to do for years and did a lot of research. I knew what I was getting into with this surgery. I watched many videos of other Women's experiences with other surgeons in other states. I can say that my experience went so incredibly smooth and well. So much better than the videos and other stories I read about. I have had hardly no pain. My healing has been tremendous in comparison to what I read and watched. This Dr is a master at what he does. I am 5 weeks in and I feel great. My tummy is so flat and my implants are amazing

We have a lot of choices in healthcare providers and I was a little bit nervous, especially since my daughter is 17. From the moment we walked in to the beautiful office we were greeted by great staff members who made us feel very comfortable. Dr. Ratliff not only delivered exceptional results with her reduction, but what I was most impressed with was his bedside manner. The way that he was able to joke around and relate to my young daughter is something you don’t see with most physicians. It almost felt like he was a cool uncle! he takes his patients care very personal. There was even one day where the office was closed due to not having power and he was there on his day off trying to fix it. When the office called to reschedule, the nurse said, let me see if I can grab him and have him FaceTime your daughter just to take a look. 10 minutes later that’s what we did! He is so laid-back and so kind and we couldn’t be happier with the results! Thank you Dr. Ratliff!

From the beginning to the end it was an excellent experience. Great education, loved the physician and his staff and love my results!

It was a great over all experience. The staff was exceptional and Dr. Ratliff made it easy to ask questions and was not pushy. I tell everyone that he is the DR. they need to go with. My results were just like he described. Would go back for more surgery.

BEWARE: Unfortunately it doesn't matter how Great the surgeon is if his office lies to you and tries to steal from you. My surgery for ruptured implants was Feb 25th. I was told that if my claim with Mentor was approved that it is Mentor's policy to mail my reimbursement check to the Physician and that his office would promptly issue that check to me. I waited until July then left several messages for Cheryl. None of my calls were returned. Today, July 27th I called again this morning and was told she would call me today. She did not. I finally called Mentor myself and found out my reimbursement check was mailed April 15th and Received. I also found out from Mentor they only mailed it to their office by request of the Physician. They mail checks directly to patients All the time!! When I dropped by at 4pm today Cheryl printed it right then and had receptionist give it to me. Cheryl said she deposited the check but forgot to reimburse me.

From the moment I walked through the door for my consultation till the day I left my 6 week follow up I was always greeted with smiles and care. The office is beautiful and tastfully decorated. All of my questions were always answered often times before I even needed to ask them because Dr Ratliff and his staff are so experienced. I healed faster than I would have imagined and my scars are already looking great. The level of care and attention I received exceeded my expectations. Not once did I feel worried or stressed because Dr and staff always gave me confidence. After losing 100lbs my breasts were beyond large, sagging and hopeless- now I can wear a normal sized bra and they look fantastic! The consultation was booked out Months in Advance, but didn’t mind as it was worth it! Love my results. I had about 7 lbs of skin removed. Had a TT and MR done and I’m a new woman! Dr. Ratliff is amazing! And gave me a perfect round belly button, I had done research and most surgeons do not have this skill. Definitely recommend!

Dr. Ratliff and his office were amazing. From my first phone call to scheduling surgery, I could not be happier. The office was accommodating to my needs & Dr. Ratliff made me feel comfortable with every step. He gave me realistic results. My only let down was once concern that I do not feel was greatly acknowledged. Over all, great experience. I would not use any other plastic surgeon in the area.

Consultation followed by surgery the next day for travelers made this so much easier on my family. Dr Ratliff was very informative.
