I chose one star, since one had to be provided. Actually, I do not want to give that. I would not take my pets to this person. No empathy, care or regard towards the patient. Where is the dignity and respect?

The Absolute Worse! Harsh in his tone. No empathy to what the family is going through. Just the worse experience we've ever experienced.

Dr Renck destroyed a 9 yr old boy and his family. Instead of LISTENING, he INSISTED he knew it all - called him a brat! Left him in an ER bed for 4 days waiting for police to HANDCUFF and take him to a mental facility w/o ever checking him medically. This child had been throwing up for 11 months & Dr. Renck did not even order lab work. Had he taken the time to care for this child, he would have found he had STREP THROAT bacteria in his blood/ hence PANDAS. SHAME on YOU! Do not trust this man!
