Dr. Rinehart and his staff are awesome.

This Doctor is positively dreadful and unbearable. First off his office claims to have a fee for administration and "surgery room" that is not covered by insurance- they did not even try to bill it to insurance to get a denial- they make you pay it up front before your procedure. During procedures, the doctor has no idea how to speak to you about anything other than his expertise- it was positively dreadful and in a stressful situation having some better bedside manner would be helpful. Lastly, they did not ask me if I was allergice to the adhesive tagderm and additional adhesive they applied to me- and I am- they only told me they were putting on a waterproof bandage/ asked if I was allergic to latex. I know how severe blistering hives and was advised to use a mild soap and water and topical- i have done this for 72 hours and no better. and the dr refuses to help. I WOULD NEVER allow this practice to see me or anyone i know again. Strongly do not recommend!!!

I recently had a cyst removed from my forehead by Dr. Rinehart and the experience couldn't have been better. The staff provided great service before, during and after my initial appointment and procedure. My appointments were taken on time without any waiting whatsoever. Dr. Rinehart explained everything and addressed any concerns or questions that I had. His “bedside manner” was congenial and explanatory. I would highly recommend Dr. Rinehart to friends and family.

Scheduled an appointment to have a simple mole removed. I showed up for my appointment and they had me sit in the waiting room for 45 minutes. When I was finally seen I was told to wait yet again for the doctor to come in and measure my mole, and set up another time to come in to get it removed. Not worth all the insurance and time. Would highly recommend looking at other options before going here.

Poor bedside manner! Dr Rinehart was rude and condescending to my wife and told my 15 year old son he would have a huge scar on his face. We decided to leave and find another Dr.

Wonderful treatment and care in removing a mole from the face of an 8-year-old. Done in the office but made the patient feel totally at ease. Highly recommend.

My dermatologist referred me to Dr. Reinhart to remove the capsule from a sebaceous cyst. From the moment i walked in, to the moment out, the experience was extremely positive. The front desk representative was very friendly and approchable. She explained everything extremely well, and made sure every question i might have was answered. The nurse also was very friendly and walked me through the procedure. Dr. Reinhart's work was outstanding. Bedside manner was A+++. Highly recommended.
