Dr. Gregory Roche, DO

Had Lipo 360 done (arms, chin/neck, stomach, muffin-top, bra-line on back, armpits "bra-bulge" as Dr called it). Yes I am happy to be rid of my gut, but it definitely isn't flat, and I don't have as many chins BUT nothing was done on my back yet I paid for it. You can't get back fat out of incisions on the hip and I did not ask for anything to be done on my hips. I still have muffins and bulge around my bra line. When I first expressed concern I was told "well the fat from your upper back drops to where we took it out below". Ummm, doubtful. Oh, I also paid for SkinTight and 6 sessions of EVOLVE. Also still have fat arms. $12,000 and I am only 8 lbs lighter.

It takes courage to trust your eyes to someone. I had a lower blepharoplasty performed by Dr. Roche two weeks ago and I couldn't be more pleased. In the consultation, he took a great deal of time to address my questions outlining the procedure, the probable outcome, and the risks. I was confident in what I was hearing but, just to satisfy any nervous concerns, I spoke with Tracey, Dr. Roche's nurse for the last fifteen years. She graciously gave me her time and expertise and she allayed my fears. This is an office of experience, understanding, and compassion. Coincidentally, I had an appointment today with my family physician. She asked who did the procedure because my eyes looked good and that is not always the case. She said that the outcome does not always look natural. Needless to say, I am so very happy that I put my trust in Dr. Roche's capable hands once again.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY!! He 100% messed up my breast augmentation surgery. After several calls/visits, he made up a plan to fix them (blaming the issue on built up scar tissue), which would of consisted of MANY more office visits over $100 a pop and ultimately another surgery by him - costing thousands more. After getting a second opinion and a mammogram to confirm, it was determined that he placed 1 implant UNDER the muscle and 1 OVER the muscle. His surgical notes state that BOTH were placed under the muscle as they should of been. After discovering this, I attempted to reach out in order to get reimbursed. As you can imagine, his office ignored the letter. My new doctor, as well as attorney reached out for records; and those requests were ignored. The attorney sent multiple letters for settlement/reimbursement, and his office ignored all of them. The attorney advised that it would cost too much in court costs, and therefore it wasn't worth taking it any further as my statute of li

I Went to Dr.Roche in 2009 for a breast augmentation. I chose saline implants. Here we are 10 years later and they still look great. I’d definitely recommend him

I had lipo on my stomach/back/banana roll in Feb. 2020 and from the very first consultation I knew I was in the right place. I did a lot of research to find someone I felt would be worthy of a consultation. Dr. Roche has the most updated tools/techniques for lipo which is why I chose him. He is very good at what he does and is very up to date with newer techniques. A lot of other surgeons in Michigan do not have some of the more updated technology for lipo. I am 4 weeks post-op now and the entire office staff has been great every step of the way. I can text them if I have a question and they respond promptly. Dr. Roche & all of the ladies in his office are amazing! Everyone is so professional and helpful. They really make you feel like family. I would highly recommend Dr. Roche without a doubt.

Dr. Roche recently performed my breast augmentation surgery and I could not be happier! From initial consultation to 3 months post-op he and his staff have been nothing less than professional and attentive. I never had a question or concern unanswered. My surgery went well and my recovery was easy- back to work in 3 days and I have physical job. My results are very natural and appropriate for my frame- that is the best part, my breasts look no different than they did before in a Victoria's Secret padded bra only now I can wear a sheer bra and actually fill it out w/perfect volume!!! I am so happy! My clothes fit so much better and I am just less stressed about what to wear in general. I honestly recommend BA surgery to anyone missing lost volume (I breast fed and workout) and desiring a more even frame. And I cannot recommend Dr. Roche and his staff more highly!!!! I had my 10 year old saline breast implants replaced new breast saline implants. My right implant is smaller than the left one. My nipples do not line up and are noticeable . I went in for a review 4 weeks after my operation. I am not happy with how this one turned out. I waited 4 months thinking that my implants would somehow adjusted. But they haven't. I am not happy with how they look. My first implants were great. And I recommended Dr. Roche to everyone. This one I am not happy with

I have been going to Dr. Roche’s office for laser hair removal. Tracey performs the treatments and she is wonderful. Very professional and puts you at ease. I highly recommend this service with Dr. Roche’s office.

My life was forever changed when I went to Dr. Roche nearly 3 years ago. After going to multiple consultations, I knew I was in the right place the moment I stepped in his office. My particular procedure is known to be quite painful, however; I experienced very minimal pain and downtime. I was feeling confident and bikini ready within weeks of my operation and have never felt better since being completely healed.

I went to Dr. Roche for my procedure because of all the positive feedback that I saw online. I had my procedure done last week with my follow up appointment today. Everything went extremely smooth and there was hardly any wait times, the girls in the office are super friendly and answer any questions that you may have. Great experience!Dr. Roche and his staff are very understanding and comfortable to talk to.This was my first big surgery.The moment I will never forget, is when I was lying on the table with the oxygen mask on, counting down to fall asleep, I was freaking out inside. I first heard about Dr. Roche from a local radio station. I went into the office, which is so cute! They have many pictures of doctor with celebrities over the years and even some current . I knew this was going to be the doctor to help me get my breast done correctly. My experience with the physician in the office girls were amazing. It was such a wonderful time. I had a breast augmentation done in March 2017.

Dr. Roche's staff is awesome. They are always attentive and keep my appointments on time which is really important since I try to schedule during my lunch break. It's been a great experience at Dr. Roche's office, and his staff has made sure this was the case.

I had an awful experience with Dr. Roche.Went in for lipo of tummy & back.I was told a price of (around) $9,000.I said I thought it would be more around $6,000.She walked out & came back to tell me Dr wanted to help me.Added my inner & outer thighs totaling $6,400.I agreed.Paid in full.6 mths after surgery I was extremely deformed in my legs & tummy.I was told the surgery would be corrected.I was to pay for anesthesia.($1800) They never corrected it.They kept my money.I would not recommend him.

I recently had the gummy bear implants done, I live a hour and half away, well worth the drive, the staff is very down to earth and easy to talk about ANY concerns. Everything Is broken down and explained so there is no confusion but in case there is, the number they give was not an answering machine I was able to talk to Dr Roche on a Sunday evening he answered my questions and was genuinely interested in how I was feeling. FANTASTIC UNBELIEVABLE HE'S DEFINITELY "THE GUY" U WANT TO SEE!??????

I gave Dr Roche 5 stars because I had 4 sessions of vaginal rejuvenation, with the Diva laser technology, and both my partner and I can feel a difference in tightness. I'm pleased with the improvement, and would do it again if it becomes necessary in the future!

I am so glad that I found Dr. Roche. He is talented, honest and genuine. He made me feel beautiful again.
