It took me 3 months to get in to see him but I assumed it would be worth it. I was early to my appointment he was 1:20 late! He looked at my feet and said my problem had to be nerves and to take gabapentin. How could nerves cause my feet to be red and inflamed with yellow toenails? He took some clippings and sent them for a fungal test and said he would call me when he got the results. The results were ready in a few days but he never called. He didn't even try or want to help me because the fungal test came back negative. A good doctor would have called and said 'Its not fungal, it must be something else.' and ran some more tests to see what is causing my feet to be red and inflamed. But he never called so I had to figure it out on my own. I looked at hundreds of pictures of foot conditions and found one that looks just like my feet. A bacterial infection is what my problem is but he is unwilling to help me even though he has already been paid. I would not recommend!

He has always provided friendly, professional, excellent care, whether routine or surgical.

I left Dr. Rowen's office disappointed. I went to have 2 toes checked for fungus and why one was lifting. He cut the nails to send to the lab. His office was good to follow up to give me the results. After asking if both toe nails were sent to the lab, that's when I discovered only one had been sent. Both nails should have been tested and no answer to the lifting. It was when I saw a dermatologist that I was given a thorough explanation and diagnosis. I felt I wasted my time and will not return

You need to hurry and decide if you want the shot, because I have other patients. The exam took about 10 minutes. He recommended physical therapy and an optional cortisone shot. He briefly explained the benefits and risks of the shot. I still wasn't sure, but only because of the cost. When I didn't respond immediately, he said, You need to hurry and decide if you want the shot, because I have other patients. I did get the shot, but I did not leave feeling cared for at all. I won't go back.

Dr Rowan is wonderful! He went through the options and let me decide. He fused the top bones of my foot together. My foot hasn't felt this good in 20 years! Thank you Dr Rowan!
