Dr. Gregory Spears, MD

I went into the ER at Wise Health System with stroke symptoms. I had already been told by my neurologist that I had been having strokes, but my symptoms worsened on this particular day, and my husband told all of the staff of this. "Dr." Spears was the person I had the misfortune to be assigned to. He told me I was just having a "panic attack". I couldn't move my arm, my blood pressure was through the roof (normally have low pressure), pulse extremely fast, and I started having convulsions. To him and the staff's credit I probably was in a "panic" when all this stuff is happening. We eventually learned that I had a hole in my heart that was allowing clots to go everywhere, not just to my brain. I hope nobody else has to suffer the humiliation and bad medical treatment that he put me through in their time of medical crisis, and God forbid that he causes their death. I wish I could put zero stars. This man should NOT be in charge of other people's lives.
