Horrible Service
We chose this doctor of the good reviews but received a big surprise after the surgery. My son told us that he woke up during the procedure and moved, so the doctor started screaming at him. After the surgery, we had to go back, and we had to call the office three times because they told us we would get back to you. That never happened. Finally, after talking with a very rude lady, we got an appointment, we showed up, and the doctor was very rude. We explained the situation, and he said there was nothing he could do. Overall the service from this Doctor's office is entirely unacceptable, from the staff at the front desk to the rude doctor. We will never go back to this place.

I am in my mid 30’s and put off getting my wisdom teeth pulled for years. Dr. Taylor went over my xrays thoroughly with me and answered all of my questions and put me at ease. It was very simple with minimal recovery! He’s the best!

Two of my kids had their wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Taylor. Both had excellent outcomes with minimal to no swelling and pain! (Our oldest went to a different Dr. and had a very difficult time ??.) Highly recommend DrTaylor ??????. Office staff is great to work with, always available and on schedule.

Initial visit was great. But waited over a month & office didn't call to scedule. So I called. They said waiting on my insurance (should've been 2 weeks). I called the ins they said the office never sent X-rays. I called the office to send X-rays. Said they did. I called the ins, who said they didn't. I called office to resend. Waited another 2-3 weeks. Heard nothing from office. I called ins. Said they approved only the lower 2 wisdom teeth extractions, not the top 2. I called office, they confirmed that ins only approved the 2 lowers. I asked, why didn't anyone call me?? I wanted to get this done in the summer so my child would have time to heal before school. When I tried to schedule, I found out they only schedule surgery one Thurs a month, no Sat. Very inconvenient. My eldedt went to a place in Arlington & they got her in on a Sat a week after dentist referral. This took 2 months to schedule. Dr. Taylor did great, though not very friendly. Not worth the trouble & inconvenience.

I thought getting my wisdom teeth out would hurt a lot more. Not pain free but as close to it as I think can come from a surgery. Recovery was good and the staff was helpful and nice.

Outstanding doctor!! I am very thorough in my research - needing to find a surgeon for all 4 of my teenagers. Dr. Taylor has an extensive background both academically and in the field (over 20 years). He is the best around! Hands down!! Lastly, I am far more concerned about the doctor doing the work than the "office" or the "friendly staff". However, I was pleasantly surprised that they have it together!!
