Keep looking. Many better doctors out there
I went to him through the Jefferson Headache Center. It was REQUIRED and was part of an arduous process to even be seen by those folks. This was years ago but I found him to be both sarcastic and arrogant. He seemed to have a personal issue with my dilemma, at the time. I saw him a few times and dropped him. I have had great experiences with other physicians of this nature, but he passes judgement, even if it's in that calm, even, voice. I can suggest a great psychiatrist and a wonderful therapist for him to help him deal with his attitude!

I’ve been dealing with a lot over the past 28 years of my life. Dr. Tramuta Finally helped me get to the bottom of my issues. Diagnosed me with what I always thought I could have without me even saying a word. Thankful to be on the right track now. Looking forward to many great treatments.

As his patient for over 25 years I would rate Dr Tramuta a ten. He was initially a consult due to an eye injury resulting in blindness which he brilliantly diagnosed PTSD. I was a corporate executive who had and managed to cover up years of numerous traumatic death defying events. A year after recovering from eye injury had a major accident causing brain injury. Dr Tramuta brilliant, patient care, during a ten year period resulted in renewal of mind, motivation of creative solutions .

He has experience dealing with chronic migraine patients, however, he was very quick to diagnose me with ADHD -- even though it was clear to almost any other physician that I had a generalized anxiety disorder. As a result, I was given the wrong medication and really and truly suffered for many, many more months. He was also not particularly responsive when it came to basic administrative tasks like providing a receipt.
