Dr. Gregory Zainer, DPM

When you walk in very clean and front ladies are always friendly and fun. Always joke with you. Not much of a wait unless you show up to your appointment early. Even if you CALL the office and give the ladies alittle attitude. They still polite. Trust me from experience. I have attitude some times. But nurses are wonderful. Dr. Zainer is very polite and wonderful to talk with. He's very patient with his patients. Explains everything and listens to you as well. He has done 2 surgeries on me and each time went great. Wish he was a primary Dr. My feet are very sensitive. He is very patient with me. I RECOMMEND him and his office to anyone. Dr Zainer and his office team are the BEST.

Waited weeks to see him. He was quite a bit behind schedule, but things happen. No big deal. He hardly examined me. Spent 5 minutes with me, gave me some advice about shoes and stretches and walked out. I had more questions and wanted to tell him I had already done what he recommended, and it wasn't working. His nurse came in and I asked if he was coming back. No. Appointment was over. If had more questions I needed to schedule another appointment. The most bizarre healthcare experience I have ever had.

He has been thorough and his surgery turned out very well, in fact, he is also doing my next surgery.

I would never recommend Dr. Zainer, I tried to get in to see him since July and have been canceled out 3 times. The last time they told me they couldn't see me for another 4 months. There is no excuse for a wait like that. If he doesn't want new patients he should not be taking appointments for them. I will be going elsewhere.

Dr Zainer is the best! He is very knowledable in his field and doesn’t just give you pain shots to cover the pain. He wants to treat your feet so he can resolve the issues. There is a wait to see him, but that’s because he is awesome and people know it. He is worth the wait.
