Misinterpreted my results completely
I'm really disappointed because I saw Dr. Manning after multiple other dr's had wrote off my symptoms, and her profile online seemed like she might actually care. I have seen her multiple times over the past year, and I always felt rushed or like my symptoms were being nearly written off as anxiety, but I pushed for testing and she did at least help with that. After those results came back, she read them off my phone (for some reason she didn't have them, but I did) and said nothing was wrong and my results showed normal responses, which after seeing my specialist again I found out it was completely the opposite and got a diagnosis that was NOT anxiety. I would not recommend her.

Dr Manning’s personality and mine did not go well together. I felt talked down to throughout my appointment and shamed when I offered a differing opinion. For me, I need a doctor who will be open to listening to my point of view as well as hers. I’m sure she meant well, but unfortunately it wasn’t a good fit for me.

I was seen on a Friday near closing time for injured wrist. I was rushed through that place like an automatic car cash. Then I was sent to a Medical supply place to get a wrist splint that was closed already.( I knew that )However they would not be open till Monday! I live an hour away and I am very glad I called before going up for the splint on Monday as the order was never sent over there. I called Premier Medical 3 times requesting a call back before anyone returned my call. Finally at apx. 3:20 P.M someone from her office called me. I have to wonder now is it even beneficial to pay for a splint as I am on day 3 and now the splint has to be ordered. Come on Greta and Premier Medical, you can do better than this!!!! I am very unhappy with the service I received from Dr. Manning and will never use her again nor will I recommend her!

I don’t believe there is a dr worse than this woman. She does not listen to your concerns. She passes judgement and does much more harm than good. She does not know how to communicate whatsoever. If I stuck with her “treatment plan”, I would be dead and my children would be orphans. Stay far away from this woman!

Dr. Manning was disrespectful and rude. She took no time with me and decided I should be put on anxiety medicine without finding out what was going on in my life. I stopped taking it and started seeking treatment for trauma that had happened to me and when I told her about it the next appointment she was angry and compared me to a heart patient not taking mess and said I needed to just move on from the trauma that had occurred to me. Insensitive and doesn't listen to you at all.

The last two years she has not paid too much attention to what I was saying and coming up with things wrong with me that wasn't. A couple of times she walked into the room with the wrong file open on her laptop.

If you like having an appointment and waiting 45 minutes past your appointment, only to be taken back and waiting another 30 minutes by all means enjoy that. In the process of looking for a new doctor. Because this crap is completely ridiculous! Why make an appointment if you waiting way past the walk ins........

After waiting over 2hours the nurse came to tell me the doctor is not going to see me at all. What does she think she is? God? Do not go to see her if you need any medical help.

I would leave less than a star if possible. My appointment was 8:10, she did not come into the room until 9:40. I was her SECOND PATIENT. Now, I understand things happen & people run late. However, she made no apologies for being over an hour late. Came in like she wasn't late. In addition to that she prescribed me a cough medicine that my ins didn't cover because IT WAS AN OVER THE COUNTER drug, that I could have purchased on my own. Long story short, KEEP SEARCHING, DO NOT STOP HERE.

She continued to not listen to my medical concerns, even after getting the office administrator involved. She did not order a 90 day supply of ongoing medication which cost me a lot more to receive a 30 day supply. She continued to not fully fill out the request medication sheet sent to the pharmacy and sends the medicine request to the wrong pharmacy requesting the refills. She also did not send life saving medicine to be filled after I requested a pi pen twice during my last two visits.
