Absolutely did not know how to de escalate my child after having sent her to the hospital in fact her lack of interest only upset my child more. ABSOLUTELY SHOULD NOT WORK WITH EMOTIONALLY TROUBLED PEOPLE considering her lack of interest and indifference. She does not care about the people who arrive to her care
