Dr. Guillermo Donan, DDS

I went online looking for a new dentist and this place had great amount of positive reviews so I decided to give them a chance. I have double dental insurance so I wasn't worried and scheduled my first appointment. They took some x rays and "checked my teeth" and told me I needed about 6 new filings . Not too long I got a bill in the mail for 96$ . The bill was lengthy in detail , charge for this and that and then the "new patient " charge which caught my eye . I had a bad feeling after that reading other people's similar experiences with these two dentists so I canceled other appointments and never went back. The current dentist I have is amazing! They didn't charges me for x rays , or the new patient charge. . They also told me this dentist pretty much scammed me and couldn't believe those outrageous prices .Turns out I don’t need any work done on my teeth .

My family and I are so happy to be apart of this wonderful Dentistry. We recently established care at the office. All of the staff are welcoming, patient and caring. I am a person who likes people to be/receive thoroughness. They gave us the pleasure in feeling like our time and teeth are valued. I highly recommend Dr. Donan’s office!

I needed a new bridge and Dr. Donan did a beautiful job. He has a very gentle touch and kind manner to him. I left feeling very comfortable with my new bridge. Alot of times bridges feel awkward after placement but not this one. He made sure it fit perfect. The girls in the office are amazing. They went above and beyond helping me get approved for care credit. I really appreciate them.

Happy to share that this office is friendly and professional. The dentist is thoughtful and patient. Scheduling has been a positive which is not easy for me as I am a surgery nurse that makes appointments difficult. They don’t need to be reminded of my needs and I am very appreciative. Thank you!

NOT ALL DENTISTS ARE CREATED EQUAL. For years I've been wondering why my dentist rarely did any work on my teeth. It became time for a second opinion. Then I ran across Dr Donan and his reviews, hundreds of five star reviews in a variety of sites. I thought, well this looks worth a try. My initial consultation with Dr Donan restored my faith in dentistry. He listens and asks questions. His perception of what he could do to help my teeth was far above anyone else I had talked to. According to his plan and diagnosis I didn't need two teeth extracted or bone grafts. Basically his philosophy seems to be “I didn't go to dental school to learn how to pull teeth, I went to learn how to save teeth.” This man and his staff have a powerful work ethic and upbeat office atmosphere. The root canal he did today was as as painless as it could've been and he saved the tooth that other doctors wanted to pull. For all the problems I had, I needed an exceptional dentist. Dr. Donan is.

Had not been to the dentist in over 15 yrs! The entire team here is amazing. I neglected a broken tooth from yrs ago and it started causing severe problems within the last 10 days. The doctor was so kind and explained my options. We did extraction and graft same day! I felt very comfortable and well cared for throughout the entire process. Could not recommend more.
