Dr Salinas scores 5 stars. His staff scores negative 20 stars. When you try to call a doctor all day and get busy schedule and you go in and 4 people are sitting there and no one is talking or answering phone. They were suppose to fax info that dr wanted test done immediately. Nothing. Called next day and was on hold for 40minutes. Said they would fax. That was 2 hours ago and still nothing. My husband is getting weaker. Office manager will not answer either. Dr Salinas you need to do something.

Very satisfied with the wait time and the entire staffs attention as soon as I arrive for my appointment. Thank you all and especially Dr Salinas, for my time well spent while in the exam room. Listens to my concerns, explains to me what my health issue options are and the best treatment, procedure or medication is best. I admire your compassion and dedication you've shown to me since day one. The devotion you have in your profession, is immensely appreciated by me and my family. May You, Your Associates and entire staff have a Blessed Future.

My mother is a patient of Dr. Salinas. Dr. Salinas has a excellent and professional medical doctor. He interacts with his patient's to their level of understanding and explaining the process of patient's treatment. The staff in his office is very friendly and kind. Only problem is that we have to wait a long time in the room and also when appointment is scheduled patient never goes back on time.

I very much appreciate the time that I spent with Dr. Salinas. I believe he really cares and wants to get to the bottom of your problem. He’s not my main heart doctor as I’m from North Texas, but I can promise you that if I lived in the Rio Grande Valley he would be my doctor.

I visit Dr Salinas on a six month basis. Dr Salinas is a very patient doctor, who is very specific with the questions he asks his patients. Dr. Salinas is very concerned with the welfare of his patients. What I like most about him is his genuine tactfulness with the recommendation he offers. Furthermore, every time I have gone in to see him , I have never spent more than 30 minutes in the medical room.

He is a very professional and holistic doctor. My mother was very fortunate when she was on the brink of death that this man intervened. His patience in explaining what was going on with her condition and the after care provided has me wanting to share our story. My family and I are greatly indebted to the wonderful team of doctors. I would give me a gazillion stars if possible??....and his office staff is friendly, professional and very helpful and his office environment so clean and organized.
