On my last visit to De. Wingfield, he had not read my chart . He referred to a previous procedure which I had never had. When I told him I had never had such a test, he was shocked, and was sure he had read it in my notes. I had recently had serious foot surgery, and yet he knew nothing about it. He told me he didn’t read the information sent to him as my primary doctor. He urged me to leave my church. Hopefully I will have a better experience with my new pcp.

Dr Wingfield ignored my 88 year old mom's shortness of breath, swelling, and fatigue for months until I took her to the ER where she was diagnosed with congestive heart failure and released to cardiac hospice. He continued to be nonresponsive to multiple requests from hospice for medicine to treat her infections, and when finally confronted, blatantly lied about all of it. Not once has he asked about her condition. Big on dietary supplements and short on compassion.
