Dr. Gule Naeem, MD

Dr. Naeem is the most caring an excellent doctor. She takes her time to listen to you and to treat you. I’m so blessed to have her as my doctor!

Dr Naeem is very knowledgeable and realistic. She doesn’t beat around the bush, she tells it like it should be. I am a nurse at a local hospital and I choose Dr Naeem after watching her with her patients and how caring she truly is. I can talk with her about anything. She took excellent care of my husband and made his last days tolerable (Cancer). She holds the patient accountable for their part in the plan of care. We patients do need to do our part. No magic pills for everything. Her office is busy like any other Physician office, but she always takes the time I need with her. Denise is always helpful as well. Love them both.

Dr Naeem was my PCP for 3 yrs. I had a stroke and when she met with my sister at the hospital all she wanted to do is give her assistant living facilities where I could live. There was nothing positive about the meeting. No wonder she said “you give me goosebumps” when she saw me 5 months later. When I had my first appt after the stroke I had questions but I was rushed-in fact, she said she had other patients she had to get to. I live in my own home, can drive because I had my car retrofitted-live a full life but no thanks to Dr Naeem because she was ready to write me off. Needless to say I found a new doctor

Dr. Naeem has been our Primary Care Physician for a number of years and we are very blessed to have her care for us. She is incredibly accessible, knowledgeable, friendly, and a woman and professional of her word. Having Dr. Naeem in our lives means so much to us as we grow older. Her assistant Denise is invaluable to us as well. Knowing we can reach out to them and have their support at SMH when in need makes life a little easier. Thank you Dr. Naeem and Denise for everything you do for us and our community.

My experience with this Dr was not only rude & disrespectful but she never put the pieces together . I had terrible symptoms from a med I was put on thru another Dr . Dr.Naeem victimized me and made me feel as if I was some sort of hypochondriac. If I were looking for a new GP , avoid this one like the plague. I've never commented on a Dr. before but this one needs calling out.

We just moved here and were looking for a new PCM. My wife has already been diagnosed with Lupus and we needed referrals for the local area specialists. The doctor was very rude and even went so far as to question whether my wife was even sick!! She told my wife that is was going to be too much work to get referrals for the three specialists she needs. We are filing a formal complaint. If she doesn’t want to treat patients with respect then she shouldn’t treat them at all.

Dr. Naeem began seeing my mother about 2006. She has been my mother's primary for years and if it weren't for her, my mother would have not made it to 94. Dr. Naeem is an excellent physician and anyone who is fortunate enough to be under her care, knows what I mean. Of course, she is now my primary as well.

Dr.Naeem was subbing for my Vacationing Internist while my wife was in serious condition at Sarasota Mem Hospital.It was the only time we met her but we were so impressed with her knowledge and empathy of the case.Her advise,proved to be right and as a result my wife avoided a great deal of pain and suffering.We writing this statement as a way of thanking her for her assistance.
