I came to Dr. Pugliese by accident because I just needed a pre-op appointment and my regular physician wasn’t available. Even though my appointment was just for pre-op, I was impressed that she took a great deal of time to learn about me and my medical history. It wasn’t until the very end of my appointment that I learned that she is an MD with a specialty in holistic Ayurvedic medicine and also has a PhD is Dermatology. At that point I asked if there was a more natural way to cure my blood pressure and cholesterol levels. She suggested two natural supplements to take and I bought them online (she did not sell them to me) and for the last seven months I have not needed any blood pressure meds and my cholesterol is down nearly 100 points. Meeting Dr. Pugliese was the best “accident” I could have had! As time has passed, Dr. Pugliese now has a line of supplements and I now make my purchases with her. You couldn’t ask for a more attentive physician be it traditional or holistic.

I called and the answering service was extremely rude and determined I was not an emergency and told me to call back hangin up on me. I wanted to leave a message because I will forget to call back from my dementia. It is an answering service. Staff needs more training for disabilities not seen.

After two appointments I had with Dr. Pugliese I have strong impression that she just cares about patients who is vegetarian. My husband did not want even go to follow up appointment. I am not visiting Dr. Pugliese anymore.

Tried to sell me over $500 worth of herbal supplements and did not examine me at all. Left her office still feeling sick, and annoyed that she wasted my time. She has little experience as a doctor in the US. I am leaving the practice she’s associated with because I cannot believe she was hired to practice there. Look up her credentials…..very poor training.

I was not feeling well and made an appointment with this doctor. She was the only physician available for the day I called for an appointment. I didn't do research on her so I assumed she was a regular MD, the same as the other physicians in this practice.She is not. After I told her my symptoms she went into a long discourse about you are what you eat. And if you eat any red meat whatsoever, you are digesting all the anxiety, depression, fear, and violence that the cow feels before slaughter. And then she proceeded to try to sell me about $500 worth of herbal supplements.I left the office still not feeling well, and feeling like she wasted my time. I wish I had known beforehand what her practice was about. I would not have gone to see her. I cannot afford to take $500 worth of herbal supplements per month. Nor am I inclined to do so.

Dr. Pugliese took her time in analyzing my health issue. Really learned and gave me several options both natural and allopathic. Pleasant demeanor and straight forward in a caring way. I highly recommend her

Had to see this physician for a routine prescription refill as my regular doctor was unavailable. She medicine-shamed me, talked down to me, checked her phone screen repeatedly as though she were waiting for a text from someone, and got mad at me when she finally sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy. I left office in tears feeling like taking prescribed meds is shameful, and I am a less-than for doing it.

I’ve seen Dr. Gulnara quite a few times so far including telemedicine. Each visit increases my respect and appreciation for this specialist. She really knows healthcare and how to give strategies for good health which include life style adjustments and diet. Unlike other doctors in the past, she takes the time needed to understand me and my condition. I always feel after my visit that this doctor cares. She is thorough and to the point. The time she spent with me she was with me 100% and addressed all my concerns and questions.
