I like Dr. Phaguda bur he only does the minimum in exams and it is hard to reach anyone at his office. I have been calling from 1:00 when they are supposed to be back from lunch - it is 3:35 now and they are still not answering their phone. The last time they did answer I was put on hold for 7 minutes.

Dr. Phaguda is a very professional and caring physician. Getting appointments with him is quick no long waiting times of 4 weeks to months and you see the doctor himself instead of a physician's assistant. He spends quality time which explores all problems and if referral is needed the process through his staff is fast and efficient. He also very efficient with follow-up on referral and any lab results. His staff is very friendly. I would highly recommend him as I have been to a few physicians.

Dr Phaguda does not listen. pays too much attention to his computer.

Myself and my husband saw Dr. Phaguda about two times each. We changed doctors office because he seemed as if we were bothering him by being there. He is rude and makes you feel rushed every time you see him. This was about four years ago but he was so bad, I feel like I have to warn people about this guy.

Mr Phaguda is a very rude doctor. Does not listen to anything you have to say without being interrupted. He prescribes me insulin and never ever educates me on how to give myself shots.He also pulls my aspirin that my cardiologist prescribed as I have CHF. He is not a heart doctor. I got rid of his you know what.
