Good doctor explained everything and took time. The office definitely needs a redo but im there for the doctor not the decor

I go for knee surgery tomorrow with Dr. Kats, I’ve known him since 2014 and started going back to Kats October 2022, here it is February 2023 and I’m going for knee surgery tomorrow

This doctor doesn’t like to listen to your complaints about your own health. He would give you 5 minute but not to hear, just to talk gibberish (because he would talk fast like tv add guy).

Dr. Katsigiorgis was very thorough and right on point. Surgery was needed. Surgery went well. PT and on my way almost pain free.

Third Visit and yet to see the Doctor that was recommended, only saw a PA...different one each time. I have nothing against PA's but not even to consult with the Doctor. I'm sure my insurance is billed for a "Doctor's Visit"!!! The office is down a LONG flight of stairs with a ankle injury lol.. Prescribe items without x-ray to see if ankle healed. Told to follow up with the doctor, requested to see The Doctor, Given an appointment at a time the Doctor is not at the office yet, LOLOL!!!!

This was the worst doctors office I have ever visited. They make 75 appointments for the same time. I was in the office for almost 3 hours on my first visit and over 4 1/2 on my second and last visit. They also gave me an appointment for an MRI on a day when the MRI technician was off. I never saw a doctor on either of my two appointments. I had a sciatic nerve condition that was misdiagnosed by a physician's assistant which caused me 3 weeks of pain that was cured within 1 day once I

Intelligent, gives you your options and you choose, excellent with a needle. Today i got an injection in my shoulder, didn't know he had already given it to me and he makes you feel comfortable.

Horrible place, very rude staff ! i will never go back here.

Waited hours and was ultimately only seen by a PA, not the doctor. (Is this even legal? Will they bill for a doctor's visit?). I left with prescriptions but not a bit of instruction for self care.

Place is a dump they throw u in basement with like 50-70 Pt and your stuck waiting for hours

The doctor arrived at the office 1 1/2 hrs late. There were approx. 40 people waiting. Then I had to wait another 1/2 hr. until the PA showed up with the Cortisone machine. I will never go back to this doctor.

I'M SITTING HERE WONDERING WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH THIS OFFICE AND WHY I EVEN BOTHERED SCHEDULING ANOTHER APPOINTMENT WITH THIS DOCTOR. HE MUMBLES AND BARELY MAKES EYE CONTACT. BARELY SPENDS ANY TIME WITH HIS PATIENTS. AND THEN THE WAIT TIME. OH MY GOD THE WAIT TIME. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO REASON ANYONE SHOULD EVER VISIT THEIR OFFICES OR THIS DOCTOR. HATE THIS DOC!

First and last visit. With the first appt. of the day, I arrived at the office. There were 72 people waiting. Actually 72 people. I arrived 15 minutes early to do paperwork. I was called after 45 minutes, and finally given paperwork, 2 hours later I was still waiting. When the dr finally appeared there was no sorry for the wait. Dr. stated that it was acceptable because I'm a Dr. Front desk states it is always like that. Place is a mill. Asks for $ upfront. I Left after 2.5 hours waiting.
