Very professional and pleasant

Been seeing him for almost 5 years now. Always been very kind and asks me about my life and makes jokes to help lift the mood. I appreciate how he listened and responded to my concerns and I've gained a lost of trust in him the last couple years with how he's responded to normal medical checkups and more serious exams.

He is my sister's doctor. He called me when my sister put my cell phone as alternatives. He is rude without even calling my sister's name when i asked him whom you would like to talk with. My sister is suggested to have a referral from the primary doctor after her blood test result is abnormal. This doctor talked without care nor respect. My worst experience with a doctor.

My mom had been seeing him for over 15 years in Chinatown. He always overbooked all the appointments and made my mom wait for over an hour , two hours or even longer sometimes. Especially at the beginning of the pandemic, this office did not follow the CDC rules and the room were fill with a lot of elderly patients. Called for bloods test results and asked for information and did not provide any. The assistants were very rules. I even confirmed that I did not want my mom to wait for long time before I booked an appointment. However, it still made us wait for a long time. All they care is more appointments/ mean more money to make. A lot of the health problems that my mom has now might be prevented if she did not see him before. If I have a choice, I won't even give him a start.

Just needed to fill something out. Assistant was rude and told me to not contact back. She needs to learn manners and how to fill out a form properly. May need to think about hiring a more capable assistant or front receptionist.

Great physician who is knowledgable and had excellent bedside manners.
