Dr. Guy Livnat, MD

Dr. Guy Livnat is the best pulmonologist I have ever worked with. After suffering from asthma for 30 years, he was the first to teach me how to be a detective in preventing serious flare-ups. He was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and committed to finding both lifestyle changes and medications that would improve my quality of life. Thanks to his guidance, I now manage my severe asthma far more effectively. I have prevention and flare-up intervention strategies that truly work, and I feel much more in control of my health than I did before first seeing him 2.5 years ago.

Dr Livnat is a brilliant man with excellent communication skills.

Treated my father in law. Was knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, honest, and spoke clearly. He had to deliver difficult news, but did it as gracefully and thoughtfully as anyone possibly could. I will always be grateful for his care and his humanity.

We went for a consultation on a possible surgery to remove a growth on one of the lungs of my spouse, Sandra. Dr. Livnat was very informative and reassuring. He gave Sandy hope and confidence that her nodule in her left lung was shrinking so we would monitor it for now and no surgery would be planned. He also told her that, in his studied opinion, she did not have COPD! Hurrah for Dr. Guy Livnat!

My first appointment with Dr. Livnat was horrendous, tragic, and impacted on my poor health. After being on time and waiting for more than an hour we were literally thrown out of the office because he was busy, too busy to even see an elderly lady who had waited an hour and was also "tossed out". I was sick going in, I'm sicker now. His staff was unprofessional and difficult to talk to. DONT GO!

Great with explanations, patient, listens well, works at getting the right diagnosis.
