Maybe the most caring human being I have ever encountered. My body turned against me and this kind man has helped heal my spirit with encouragement and saved my life and my husband’s life.

I've been with him a few years and when I first met him I was a mess. I didn't know why I was so sick all the time. I had found several specialist and in my 64 years I've never had a doctor who knew what was wrong with me, but, he treated me and listened, sat with me no hurrying off.He brought me papers to explain my issues. However, he smiled handed them to me and had me sit and read them right then. Making sure I didn't just lay them down anywhere, then he came and explained to me along with a clear understanding of my conditions. Then after I went home with a couple of prescriptions, and a month to month appointment until I was better, then going to 3 months or eventually just call for an appointment if needed. After arriving home the first time with scripts he personally called me to check on me. Kind,caring,knowledgeable and I've never worried or been confused about anything, services,or medications, and what to do to get better.Hes just moved to a new office, I'm omw

I have seen him 3 times, and I can say this without a shadow of doubt. There is no doctor on earth who could surpass Dr. Smoak. His very presence is healing. I feel comforted, cared-for and safe with him. I'm 74 years old, and I have never ever experienced such a fine doctor as Dr. Smoak. There is so much I'm learning about him, and each story is better and better - like his volunteer work, for instance. I feel blessed by God to have found this wonderful doctor. I wish the whole world could experience what I have found. Every aspect of my life seems soothed now.

Amazing and caring Doctor. Sits with his patients as long as needed and really listens with a tender heart. Will go to great length to discover underlying issues but gives his patients the opportunity to decide which route of treatment is best for them. Could not say enough to truly express my gratitude of having him as my primary dr. Staff can be kind of short and rude but they cover several doctors in the office per UT policy but that does not nor should it reflect on him! Great dr!!
