My daughter has been seeing Dr. Crane for about 4 months for acne. Dr. Crane is extremely caring and fully answers any questions we have. We will start Accutane soon and her staff has been helpful keeping us on track with the lab work and answering any questions we have.

I LOVE Dr. Crane. She is wonderful. Doctors just don't come like her anymore. Her nurses have always been wonderful to deal with, as well. Her front desk person is another story. And is, quite frankly, the reason I'm looking for another dermatologist. She has the sorriest attitude. And, unfortunately, since every time you call the office, you have to deal with her, it kind of ruins the entire experience every time. She can't take a phone call, a message, or greet you for an appointment without the miserable 'how dare you bother my existence' attitude. So sick of people like this ruining perfectly good doctors.

I saw her on 09/20/2016. She charged me $165.00 cash which I paid reference #626458556650 8011 for a simple biopsy. I am now getting it billed to me from AW Dermatopathology Service in New Orleans because they say she never sent them fee for reading the biopsy. Thankful that I kept all records of the payment transaction and giving Dr. Crane 24 hours to correct this. I have 20 years billing medical insurance. I will not recommend her to anyone.
