Dr. Yates and her husband scammed multiple people out of money when they started a tattoo removal business. They had people pre-pay for tattoo removal sessions and then closed the business without ANY notification to their paying customers. They owe me and many people a refund for services that were never rendered. I hope they are never able to start a business again. SCAM ARTISTS!!!

Dr. Yates is very knowledgeable. I was very happy with how she treated me like an intelligent human being and she took the time to listen to me and find out what I thought was wrong -- doctors never do that. I highly recommend her
