Dr. H Donald Clark, MD

After 20 years of taking my children to see Dr. Clark, they dropped my children because of Insurance Issues. I obtained Ambetter insurance through the Silver State Health exchange. When we added our newborn son onto the insurance the insurance company started going back to all our providers and unfulfilling claims that they had paid. I told them I was working with Silver State Health Exchange to get the insurance to pay for the already paid claims. They threatened and fulfilled their threat of dropping my children and would not work with me while I got the claims paid. Which they were in the time frame they had given me to get them paid. I love Dr. Clark but he obviously condones how Pediatric Associates treat his patients by showing no compassion. I would recommend finding another place to take your children Pediatric Associates have gone downhill over the 20 years and only cares about the money and not the patients.

I have been taking my children to Pediatric Associates for 20 years. Insurance, Ambetter; we got on the Nevada Silver State Health Exchange had issues when we added my newborn to the insurance. Ambetter decided to collect all the money that was paid out before our son was added to the insurance. Dr. Clarke's office would not work with me while I worked with the insurance and Health Link to get it fixed and dropped me from their practice. I have never been so hurt by someone I have had a relationship with for 20 years. I will encourage anyone to see another place of business before using them. I wish I would have known 20 years ago how they would treat me.

Dr Clark is an excellent doctor I would rate him and his nurse 5 stars. however the office staff is not as great. I have been with Dr. Clark for 11 years and have never had any payment or insurance issues. However in May 2017 I took my son in and we had a coordination of benefits issue. Which I was not aware of until I called in August 2017 to have his prescription refilled. The office manager refused to let my son come back to see Dr. Clark stating they had sent several letters. Avoid this practice!!! Their billing office is awful and unwilling to fix their own mistakes. Received bills for visits that aren't yours (no shows) etc.

Dr. Clark is extremely attentive, knowledgeable, and encouraging to both his pediatric patients as well as, us, as parents.

Dr. Clark is amazing he always takes the time to listen to my concerns and offers ways to solve each problem. His staff is always friendly and helpful. I wouldn't take my girls anywhere else.

If you are looking for a pediatrician this is the doctor you have to have. He returns calls personally when you have questions. He is thorough, kind and outright amazing. He would even leave a voicemail message and call again until he gets you. The staff is friendly and goes beyond what is expected to help in any and every way. I've been to another Pediatrician since I moved and the service is so poor I wish I could package Dr. Clark and his office and take it to my new location. They are great.
