Impeccable Service- receptionists, nurses
I Googled best surgeon for double vision and Dr. Jay Wisnicki came up. He is experienced and reputable. During my visit he proved to be knowledgeable, supportive and communicative. He took time to answer my questions and address my concerns. After postponing surgery for a year his reassurance and knowledge prompted me to have immediate surgery for Double Vision. It is 6 days post-op. Pain was minimal first day. No over the counter meds needed. I am with only some redness in my eye. Union Square Eye Center is the place to go where caring and expertise is exemplified by the staff. I should know I am a retired registered nurse and I approve this review.

Fixed double vision
Strabismus surgery by Dr. Wisnicki instantly fixed my double vision. My only regret is that I didn't meet him earlier. He's also very personable, kind, funny, and caring.

The Best Surgeon there is for eyes
Dr Wisnicki is the best eye surgeon there could be. Within one day after my surgery for strabismus, I was already able to see clearly without double vision. As the days go on, my vision gets better and better. I feel very fortunate to have had him operate on my eye.The results could not be better. Thank you Dr Wisnicki, Janet Davis

Amazing!
Dr Wisnicki performed strabismus surgery on my 2 year old daughters eyes and we are beyond pleased with the results . Her eyes took about 2-3 months to heal and are now straight and look great . Couldn’t be happier . Thank You !

Miracle!
Dr Wisnicki is fantastic. I have had double vision for most of my life, I am 40 now. I had strabismus surgery a week ago with dr Wisniki and since right after I have single vision! It's a miracle! My eye is healing fast and the doctor has been very attentive and available in the days after the surgery too. He is professional, attentive, reassuring, and also really funny and pleasant to work with. He puts you at ease! I would recommend anyone struggling with double vision to see him!

I had surgery for strasbismus . I have been struggling for YEARS to get my problem corrected! Dr. WISNICKI picked up my case , performed surgery and worked a miracle!! I am soooooooo happy with my results and am way more confident. Thank you so much!!!!!!

I saw Dr. Wisnicki in March of 2016, and had to wait two months for the adult strabismus surgery at NY Eye & EAR Infirmary on East 14th St in NYC. The technical description is ?INFERIOR OBLIQUE MYECTOMY, on my left eye. Glasses, including prism glasses did not solve my issues. After less than a week of recovery there have been dramatic but positive changes. My vision has begun to come back and I can see crystal clear from a distance. The double vision is slowly regressing. He worked a miracle!

No seems to busy doesn't care just a number no follow up from him .. He seems to take a lot of Obama care and ones that need to see him old time patients are left to the side
