My experience was outstanding. He was very trustworthy and kind from the beginning to even my follow up phone call. I was very nervous about my appointment and that I wouldn’t get any result with the appointment I had long waited for. Dr.Lantz took care of the worry and did exactly what could be done in one appointment with little pain. I am very thankful for this practice and the customer service they provided!

Dr. Lantz is a very kind and compassionate man. He took plenty of time with us seemed genuinely concerned for my wife. I wish every doctor was like him.

Dr. Lantz has performed two unrelated surgeries on me in the past year. He answers questions thoroughly and his skills as a surgeon are attested to by the several different Doctors that referred me to him. I could not recommend anyone higher, Herbert

Run, don't walk. Dr. Lantz cuts corners in his practice to save a dollar. He doesn't care how you feel, and he is not interested in your opinion. I had to see another surgeon to fix my nose after this man operated on it. There are other good surgeon's in the area, and I suggest you find someone else.

Irritable, mildly arrogant and dismissive of simple questions. He is tense during simple procedures, and surprisingly careless in locating areas for biopsy. I believe his charges for follow-up office care are excessive. On the positive side, he is conscientious and genuinely wants to do quality work with a good cosmetic outcome.

Lantz needs to work on bedside manner. Had to wait 1 1/2 hours. The nurse/assistant sprayed my nose to numb it for a scope. It didn't work so he packed my nose with cotton and the numbing agent. Because I groaned and made faces because it was uncomfortable to have my nose packed, and to have the scope, he told me I was dramatic! What a kind thing to say! I would not recommend him.

My daughter has been a patient of Dr Lantz for several years, therefore I would consider her as an established patient. Dr Lantz has placed two sets of tubes and we have always been more then pleased with his gentleness and kindness however this week we were very disappointed when we called for an appointment with complaints of extreme ear pain, drainage and an odor, we were given an appointment a MONTH Out 24 hrs later and a ruptured ear drum we were seen by another ENT.. SO DISAPPOINTED

Absolutely! Dr. Lantz took the time to explain my procedure, gave me plenty of time to ask questions. His staff is helpful and kind. Wait time was minimal. My surgery went great. The evening after surgery Dr. Lantz personally called me at 8pm to check on me. Very nice, professional, compassionate man. I would definitely recommend him.

My appointment was at 10 am and I left the office about 1pm. That was maybe 5 minutes with the nurse and about the same time with him. He w wanted me to get a ct scan of my sinuses. When I asked for the order to get it done, I was told it would be scheduled and I would get a call about the appointment. I got a call 6 WEEKS to day about the appointment. I will not go back.

I saw Dr. Lantz in 1991, I was 6 for chronic sinusitis that I had since birth. He was absolutely amazing! He was the only doctor my mother took me to that actually wanted to help, and did. He performed the surgery and I was issue free for over 20 years, I had a flair up here and there but was able to fight it off. I had a sinus infection for about 2 weeks, 2 years ago and it wouldn't go away, so I went back, and even after 20 years he remembered me! He is the best in Chatt, TN, highly recommend!

My experience of office visit was not pleasant. A 2 pm appointment; however at 4:00 p still waiting in very cold office. I had another appointment so asked staff to have Dr. Lantz review my Audio chart and send me a review and suggestions, As of today I have not heard from their office. I will not return.
