Great Job
Waiting time was 10 minutes or less. Visited 3 times, 2 for appointments. Once for paperwork to be filed out and faxed. Surgery went great 14 days in recovery. Not a problem.

I have tried twice go speak to the nurse or PA and failed to get reply when needed. Was calling about a possible UTI and changing model of Foley. Finally got call from nurse who didn't seem to care, then found out 2 prescriptions were called in that I didn't want or need. Very bad staff.

Prostate Removal Factory
I was diagnosed with kidney cancer by an older urologist who didnt perform laproscopic surgery. I found Dr. Abrahams using Google. At my first visit I was told to fill out a bunch of forms concerning my prostate, even though my visit was for kidney cancer. I felt uncomfortable with the aggressive prostate questions and disregard for my cancer. After the surgery I had complications and Dr. Abrahams was unable to see me in the hospital as he had left for a vacation the day after my surgery. The surgery was in February. Due to scheduling snafus, the first follow up I had with anyone from Dr. Abrahams' office was in May. Dr. Abrahams wasn't there, and his PA was overwhelmed and didnt know why I was there. August was the first time I saw Dr. Abrahams after the surgery, and he wanted to biopsy my prostate. I now have a urologist from UTSW who says my prostate is fine and is treating the collateral damage caused by Dr Abrahams' surgery. He did remove the cancer, but I don't recommend him.

contacted the office this morning about a quick consult due to elevated PSA that another urologist said I needed an immediate prostate biopsy, however he did NOT offer a procedure under "general anesthesia". I was referred to this office since I had seen Dr. Abrahams back in 2019 but had such a TERRIBLE experience with the office staff at that time. After FOUR follow-up calls during the afternoon and after letting everyone know that NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK, I was put ON HOLD FOR OVER TEN MINUTES and finally hung up. It's incredibly unfortunate to find that after TWO YEARS this office staff has actually GOTTEN WORSE !!!!

Dr. Abrahams has saved my life more than once, I’m sure. I was paired with Dr Abrahams of Urolgy Associates of North Texas - cancer center after my “older” urologist retired. I feel so fortunate to have Dr. Abrahams as my urologist. He’s up with the latest medicine and treatments, and is an excellent surgeon.

Nice doctor who took the time to discuss case. But if you are not in immediate need of emergency surgery, he pawns you off on a PA. I came to see the doctor about a kidney stone (recurrent problem). Doctor told me I'd never pass without lithotripsy (I had three previous for a past stone and did not find it helpful). I opted to try flomax to pass instead and passed stone. Had follow ups only with PA only. Told me not to eat beef and was rude. THEY MISSED KIDNEY CANCER ENTIRELY. Treated elsewhere
