Dr. Hoang is Fantastic
I have been a patient of Dr. Hoang's since 2021 and I think she is a wonderful physician. I find her to be friendly, thoughtful, inquisitive and smart. She treats me with respect and care, and I feel that she is genuinely interested in helping me with any medical concerns that I am having. I would like to keep her as my primary physician for as long as possible. I would recommend Dr. Hoang to any of my family and friends.

Dismissed from care as provider
I had 2 annual physical examinations with Dr. Hoang. During both visits, she didn’t listen to heart and lungs sounds, dismissed my concerns, and did not review my health care maintenance with me (preventive medicine which is the sole purpose of annual exams). When I shared this experience with front desk, I received a letter in the mail a few days later saying that Dr. Hoang had released me from her care as my PCP. While I was already planning on finding another PCP, I do not appreciate my concerns being ignored and reprimanded (and clearly shared by front desk staff to this provider). A disappointing experience with a clinic with some otherwise phenomenal providers.

I scheduled a new patient appointment for 2/17/16, the Dr. cancelled & rescheduled 2/29/16, then cancelled & rescheduled 3/11/16, then cancelled & rescheduled for 3/17/16, then cancelled again. After 4 times, I have very little confidence in the Dr. or her staff, if they can't scheduled an appointment correctly, or keep it, why in world would I leave my health up to them?
