Dr. Habib Akrawi, MD

As a pediatric provider, I would anticipate that customer service and singleness of purpose would be of high priority. In my experience in this office, the staff are unmanaged as evidence by lack of professionalism. Additionally, the cosmetic injectable ads hanging in every patient room of the office indicate a potential secondary business focus is cause for the degradation in care.

Front desk got loud and caused a scene after they cancelled an appointment without notifying me.

Amazing doctor and staff!!!! They can always fit you even the same day. You see a team of doctors and PA’s so nothing is missed. The more eyes and ears on my child, the BETTER! Parents learn just as well as the students at this office. They don’t over prescribe antibiotics like other doctors in the area. Absolutely wonderful practice

Such an awesome place to go. Love everyone there, Dr. Akrawi is great! The PAs are Great, the MAs are great and the administration ladies are awesome! Not too many places have people that are great all the way around. They personally get to know you, always call you back, try to get you in as soon as possible, and take matters very serious! The office is clean and you never have to wait too long to be seen. I would never want my daughter to go anywhere else.

Dr Akrawi is the absolute best! My kids love seeing him and I have total confidence in him.

You have to see a bunch of other doctors before you see him and so you have to keep explaining over and over again. My daughter had a cows milk allergy and was constipated and miserable for a month! Kept calling the office and he kept saying it was normal for a newborn and also showed him the rash on her face and he said it was baby acne and to keep giving her karo syrup for the constipation!! I finally reached out to some mommies and changed her formula within a day she was better!He's rude too

Dr. Akrawi is very knowledgeable pediatrician. He is such a thorough doctor, he has many medical students and residents working with him. The environment is very teachable. This does, however, cause wait times and explaining the ailments a longer time than other offices...but his expertise along with his PA are well worth the wait.
