Good doctor bad staffing
Dr. Narins is a good doctor. I would recommend her highly if she worked someplace else. The Water Street office is terrible. It is rare to get your phone call answered. The portal system is really bad and has been known to send messages to the wrong place. Return phone calls and return secure messages often never happen. It is VERTY frustrating. I have notified management, but nothing has changed in the 10 months that I have going there. I am leaving because communication between patient and provider is the worst.

Dr. Narins
Dr. Narins is compassionate, thorough, highly qualified, and fully explained the procedure and prescription options; and immediately arranged for next steps so I had what I needed before I left the office. Highly recommend -- particularly for women.

Highly knowledgeable doctor
Dr Narins took the time to look at my chart with me and talk with me. She listened intently and offered solutions that were more wholistic rather than pills.

No one wants to need a urologist but….
I have had two visits with Dr. Narins and found her to be kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. She thoroughly explains the issues and I felt comfortable asking questions. I did not feel rushed at either visit. Strongly recommend!

Happy to be a new patient of Dr. Narins
This was a new patient visit and I am thrilled to have Dr. Narins as part of my healthcare care team! She listened patiently to my concerns. I now have a referral to specialized physical therapy and a minimally invasive treatment for my symptoms. I felt heard and received a comprehensive treatment plan that I know will make a difference in my overall health. I highly recommend Dr. Narins!

Intelligent and Kind
The check in process is ahead of time so when you get there it's quick at the desk and they call you back quickly. Dr. Narins is amazing and has a great bedside manner...she also is extremely intelligent which makes her invaluable as a healthcare provider -she's a gem!

Staff Nurse Rude
Dr. Narins is a very patient doctor who explained the procedure I need. Her nurse, Stephanie, was very rude, not understanding or accommodating. I need a Prior Authorization for the surgery and she was so rude about doing it now vs. a week before my surgery. I need to make sure the surgery is approved before scheduling my disability. A little compassion and understanding go a long way Stephanie.
