Pain management
I was referred by back specialist to her for epidural shut, at the time of appointment she did not know anything about my medical condition and did not bother to read about orthopedic and neurological issues that have been suffering for years, nevertheless she was not even familiar with the name of FSHD( neurological disease) after 10 minutes of talk I was scheduled for an epidural nevertheless told her about hip bursitis pain. Pain was getting extremely bad called her and request an MRI on both side of hip just to make sure about source of pain prior to epidural she agreed on left side but not on the right side sure enough MRI result showed bursitis and my orthopedic doctor relieve me from pain by cortisone shut . I send her massage about terrible pain that I was having on right side of hip she replied “go to emergency “, I completely lost my trust decided to cancel epidural appointment despite of excruciating pain .Do not recommend this doctor to anybody, Patient

So, Dr. Li is not the problem. It is her Scripps clinic staff. They make appointments for you without telling you. They can't unzip an MRI file. They don't tell the Dr. about treatment history sent from other doctors so she has no clue. The problems are not her. The problems are staff.
