Dr was good- office not so much
We really liked Dr. Marzouk. Very knowledgeable & explained everything we needed to know. She was great to see and we like seeing her.The real problem is the office & trying to get in contact with someone. No one ever returns a phone call and there is no option for a sick line or to talk to a nurse. I called twice one day for issues regarding my child and never once received a return phone call. Thankfully my child's Dr was more than willing to see us. Again- I had to call for another problem (following their guidelines and their protocol if there is an issue) and yet again-- no return call. But yet when we had a follow up appointment we were told that we need to call their office if there is an issue... I told them we have called and no one returns our call. We just got the dismissed. No 'I'm sorry' or 'we'll look into it.' We were recommended this office by numerous people & although Dr. Marzouk is absolutely wonderful, I am highly regretting using this office for my childs care.

What an excellent doctor. She recently removed my tonsils due to tonsil stones and found that they were infected besides. She was excellent both in the office and in the operating room. She is very personable and friendly and has a way of putting you at ease. The entire team at her practice is top notch. I've recommended her to many of my family and friends. The Utica area wouldn't help me with my long term tonsil problem, but Dr. Marzouk did. She is a great doctor, highly recommended!

She is very knowledgeable. She is very friendly. No one would help my niece and she did. So I decided to go to her myself and I am so glad that I did. I drive 40 minutes to see her because she is that good. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Has a very poor bedside manner. Does not review patient's medical chart before entering the room to know patient history before speaking to patient. Spends an average of 5 minutes with patient before she sends you on your merry way. Is more concerned about completing the visit than patient comfort and satisfaction. A doctor should be concerned about a patient's care rather than quantity of patients you can pump out of your office in a day. Scheduling is a nightmare as she works few hours.
