I've been very happy with Dr. Roohipour as my primary physician. At one point I had to ask some very personal questions that I was a bit self-conscious about, and she was so relaxed, straightforward, and understanding. I was relieved and felt very comfortable with her. I get all my annual exams from her. Her office is very easy to deal with - receptionists are friendly and helpful. Only downside is the parking situation (it's $20 for the building garage), but I just get there a bit early and park at one of the free garages a couple blocks over.

I love Dr. Roohipour and her staff. They are friendly, fully capable, and efficient. They understand my particular health insurance, and make sure I know what I’m paying for every visit. Dr. Roohipour has a great bedside manner, and always makes me feel comfortable and understood. I would highly recommend her.

Highly unprofessional staff as well as the doctor! They don’t know what they are doing or charging for. Incapable of explanation. I had been called twice on same day (it happened twice) as dr forgot to discuss something from my report and guess what, they charged me separately for that. They will ask you to pay for the current visit and outstanding amount of past visits in each and every visit. When i asked for my account statement, they were incapable of explanation. They keep on calling until you pay. I had to give in just to get rid of them. Never going back there.

Dr Roohipour was amazing! I get like she really cared about my well being and was a true health advocate. I highly recommend her. She honestly restored my faith in modern health facilities.
