Great Dr
Dr Amjadi is very knowledge. He cares about his patients and their health. He explains in great detail about your symptoms and what you need to do to get better. I worked for him as a medical assistant and to say I learned a lot while I was doing my internship is an understatement. Before I was done they offered me a job.

Stay far away
I don’t know how he calls himself a doctor, because he refused to help me with a simple issue. My specialist told me to get some routine blood work from my primary and the doctor refused to do it. Kept saying he was an internist and had no solutions or help. He said he does order the test for some cases but wouldn’t for me. He was rude and pompous and laughed at me when I suggested some alternate options. Avoid this doctor if you can. I was going to him because he was the only one available and now I why.

Had to stop seeing Dr Amjadi after my last visit.
I cannot disagree that he is a good Doctor but he is very rude and short. With that said, my friend who referred me to him loves him. I think he is just a doctor you get along with or you will not. But again, he is a good doctor IMO but ZERO beside manner and ZERO patience with your questions....and I only had a few for him during my last weeks visit and he seemed to be very annoyed at being asked questions. I need a good doctor AND a doctor I can talk to not one that pushes me out the door in a rude way. He may be for you, just not for me.

After I left my appt., I realized he had not checked my carotid arteries. Did not listen to them with stethescope. I feel he may have aversion to touching patients. I don't thonk he has ever touched my skin. I think he knows his business, can read test results. I don't remember he or nurse washing hands in room. May have outside door......
